General Personality: (At least 3 paragraphs)
There are three words that describe Pattertwig best: hyperactivity, loyalty, and integrity. All of these qualities actually help him survive in Narnia's forests. They are also the reasons he was chosen for Old Narnia.
He has a mischief streak, but the current battle has kept it under control for the most part. He realizes the future of Narnia is more important than his frivolity.Pattertwig is extremely hyperactive. He is blessed with incredible speed. He's not nearly as fast as a cheetah or a peregrine falcon, but he can outrun most other animals. Despite the fact that he is quite chattery and easily distracted, he is a great messenger. He has often let his hyperactivity be a liability, but most of the other animals tolerate him.
Pattertwig is exceedingly loyal and is good friends with Reepicheep, despite the fact that they are different species. He will often offer new friends nuts as a gesture of friendship.
Pattertwig has a healthy curiousity. This has not caused much trouble as it actually helps in his role as a spy and messenger. HIs only real problem is that his curiosity is linked to the fact that he is easily distracted. If something catches his attention, he may follow that instead of what he's been ordered to do. He's been getting better at following instructions, but still needs a little work. Pattertwig's other great weakness besides his chattery nature is his gullibility. Although he is slowly learning that not everyone can be trusted, he can easily be exploited. Most of his friends do not exploit him, but he has been known to fall for pranks.
Character HistoryFamily: He has a mother, a father, and five siblings: three sisters and two brothers
General History: (At least 3 paragraphs)
Pattertwig comes from a long line of respectable squirrels. His family is exceedingly loyal to Narnia and is known far and wide for its reputation. They all served the rulers of Narnia well. They were all messengers and spies. Their size and speed came in quite handy because it gave them ease in getting behind enemy lines.
That all changed when the Telmarines invaded Narnia. The invasion scattered Pattertwig's ancestors to all the ends of Narnia. Pattertwig's parents did their best to instill in their children the values that had defined their family. Pattertwig learned that Aslan was the one he was supposed to serve, not the Telmarines.
Pattertwig learned everything he could about how best to survive and serve Narnia. He learned the basic survival techniques. He learned when was the best time to start harvesting for nuts so that he wouldn't go hungry in the winter. However, he learned to hate hibernating. He doesn't like to sleep because nothing happens.
When he first met Caspian, he immediately somehow knew he was the one who would best lead Narnia, despite the fact that he was of the same descent as the invaders. He accepted him as king and offered him a nut. The squirrel has been a favorite of Caspian's ever since.
His humor and his loyalty have kept him at Caspian's side. He is eager to show Caspian that he is reliable. Now if only he could keep his mind on the right goals.Other/Notes: (Is there anything else we should know about your character?)
